as it turns out, Alemayehu is pretty awesome when performing on a stage! during the last full week of school his grade six class, directed by his awesome teacher, Miss H., recently put on three performances of "The Magical Land of Oz". his role was that of a winged monkey, and he was the very best winged monkey you could ever imagine...
his teacher concluded that the more athletic the actor is who wears the monkey costume, the better the performance turns out to be. i think she's right. his energy and dance moves were pretty fabulous! what a kid...
